Position: Integration Lead
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead with strong expertise in Workato, Dell Boomi, and/or MuleSoft to design, develop, and manage enterprise-grade integrations. This role involves leading the implementation of automated workflows across cloud and on-premise systems while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of integration solutions, APIs, and automated workflows using Workato, Dell Boomi, and/or MuleSoft
- Build and manage integrations between SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft SharePoint with legacy systems
- Oversee API-led integrations, data transformation, and EDI processes
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for performance and reliability
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure proper error handling, logging, and integration governance
- Maintain detailed documentation for integration architecture, workflows, and configurations
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration developers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BE/B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in IT/software engineering with a strong focus on integrations
- Hands-on experience with at least one of: Workato, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft
- Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL/JDBC
- Experience in data mapping, transformation, and EDI integrations
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Java
- Ability to work in overlapping hours with US teams
Preferred:
- Dell Boomi /Mulesoft or Workato Certifications.
- Experience with AI-based integrations or agentic AI platforms.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
