Position: Inside Sales and SDR Professionals

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales and SDR Professionals to join our amazing team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving funnel build by offering tailored AI solutions. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator with a customer-first mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Prospecting: Generate leads by reaching out to potential customers via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
•Qualify Leads: Evaluate leads using the ICP
framework of Cognida and ensure seamless handoff to the sales team.
•Pipeline Management: Actively contribute to building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
•Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure smooth lead transitions.
•Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned targets and KPIs.
•Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company solutions to better address client needs.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
•Proven experience in inside sales, demand generation or a similar role.
•4 - 6 years of experience.
•A strong cold calling experience is a must
•Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation
•Proficiency in using automation tools
•Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
